- Maintain and organize clinical files, ensuring timely documentation.
- Conduct weekly individual counseling sessions and facilitate group therapy when needed.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within specified timeframes.
- Handle state reporting, insurance authorizations, and monitor service units.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, Medicaid, and state regulations.
- Attend supervision and meetings, complete required training, and stay updated via email.
- Maintain active licensure, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- One year of experience with severely emotionally disturbed or co-occurring disorders individuals.
- Florida licensure in relevant mental health fields required.
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage documentation efficiently.
