Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, fostering partnership with patients and families.
- Coordinate safe care delivery through effective communication and documentation, supporting a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices, promoting safety and quality outcomes.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor, supporting professional development and maintaining clinical competencies.
- Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and system-wide care planning.
- Diploma or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Less than one year of clinical experience required; direct patient care experience preferred.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (single or multi-state), with required certifications including BLS and ACLS, including instructor and provisional statuses.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
