- Deliver nursing care, including phone triage, test result communication, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and planning of care.
- Respond to patient messages via electronic medical records and document in Epic.
- Assist physicians and practice managers with daily tasks.
- Travel to multiple site locations as needed.
- Current IL Nursing Licensure.
- Graduate of approved nursing program; ASN required, BSN preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in office or hospital settings.
