Role: Registered Nurse Float Pool
Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process—assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment—while documenting care and promoting interdisciplinary communication. Care delivery is tailored to patients' age, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
Qualifications: Active RN license in Colorado or multistate license, BLS certification within 30 days, at least two years of RN experience in an acute setting, associate degree (BSN preferred).
Skills: Basic nursing competencies, strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability for floating within a healthcare system.
