Role: Registered Nurse Float Pool
Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process—assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment—while documenting care and promoting interdisciplinary communication. Care delivery is tailored to patients' age, physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
Qualifications and Skills: Active RN license in Colorado or multistate license, Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days, two years of RN experience in an acute setting, associate degree (BSN preferred). No travel required, with floating within the healthcare system.
Key Duties: Influence patient outcomes and nursing practices through collaborative relationships, contribute to hospital councils and initiatives, and demonstrate basic and unit-specific competencies.
