We are seeking a dedicated Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care across multiple hospital units. Responsibilities include performing head-to-toe assessments, administering direct and indirect care, monitoring cardiac rhythms, and communicating clinical changes to physicians. The role requires flexibility to float to all departments, utilizing triage skills to prioritize care and ensure timely treatment. Candidates must demonstrate supportive bedside behaviors, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal care.
Qualifications include a current NV nursing license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least two years of critical care experience in settings such as ED, ICU, or PACU. PALS certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
