Responsibilities Include

  • Assessing patients' physical abilities and creating personalized treatment plans
  • Providing therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and independence
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
  • Educating patients and families on exercises and injury prevention
  • Monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting treatments
  • Implementing interventions across various settings
  • Participating in discharge planning and follow-up care

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Valid CT PT license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
