- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a professional nurse
- Supporting clinical operations and patient management
- High school diploma and graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- State licensure as a practical nurse
- Preferred clinic experience and basic computer skills
- Certification in Basic Life Support and additional advanced training as needed
