Role: Physician Assistant responsible for providing primary care coordination and delivery at designated sites, under the supervision of a Practice Site Physician.
Responsibilities: Conducting medical histories, physical exams, ordering tests, interpreting data, managing acute and chronic conditions, administering medications, advising patients on health and prevention, maintaining records, triaging calls, and managing emergencies.
Additional Tasks: Supporting educational programs, maintaining documentation, participating in quality improvement, and assisting with interdisciplinary care and referrals.
Qualifications & Skills: Working within the approved scope of practice, collaborating with physicians, adhering to clinical protocols, maintaining licenses and certifications, and demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
