- Coordinate OR operations, including patient flow, staffing support, and resource management.
- Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to support efficient, safe procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention practices and applicable regulatory standards.
- Mentor staff, support onboarding, and contribute to ongoing education and competency development.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve clinical outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on compassionate patient care.
- Current RN licensure and perioperative/OR leadership experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory requirements.
- Capability to mentor teams and support training/education.
