Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate OR operations, including resource management and patient flow to support efficient, safe care.
- Provide support and coordination for surgeons and anesthesia teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention practices and applicable regulatory standards.
- Mentor staff, support onboarding, and facilitate ongoing education.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Promote a collaborative, compassionate care culture aligned with organizational mission.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure with perioperative/OR leadership experience.
- Strong clinical and operational oversight skills in high-acuity settings.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop perioperative teams.
- Knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with surgical and anesthesia teams.
