Occupational Therapist

Role: Occupational Therapist in Home Health responsible for patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient functional status, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment needs.
• Develop and implement therapy plans in coordination with physicians, using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor and document patient responses and condition changes, reporting to supervisors and physicians.
• Conduct diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests to evaluate patient progress.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments.
