- Perform client assessments and oversee medical issues
- Conduct blood draws and report lab values
- Act as lead during medical emergencies
- Facilitate effective communication with clients, treatment teams, labs, and external medical offices
- Support holistic, team-based care and maintain client trust and confidentiality
- Attend trainings and adhere to policies, HIPAA laws, and safety protocols
- Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Virginia
- Appropriate nursing degree and CPR/First Aid certification
- Proof of MMR and Hep B vaccinations
- Successful background checks
