- Maintain medication carts and storage areas, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Engage residents in social activities and meaningful interactions to promote well-being.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral conditions.
- Complete required documentation promptly and accurately.
- Support residents during meals and encourage participation in activities.
- Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a senior care environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Successful completion of Medication Aide training and certification (where required).
- Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
