Role: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide quality resident care in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.
- Assist in orientation and training of new staff members.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding resident and staff concerns.
- Evaluate residents' health, mental, and emotional conditions; notify physicians and families of significant changes.
- Administer direct care, including procedures like catheter care, dressings, and treatments.
- Participate in shift reports and coordinate resident admissions and care plans.
- Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- Current, in-good-standing license in the state.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Commitment to professional nursing standards and principles.
