Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide vital patient care across healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Collecting and documenting patient information
  • Performing wound care and patient education
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • Coordinating care with healthcare team members
  • Performing additional duties based on facility needs

Qualifications And Skills Required

  • Active LPN license
  • At least 1 year of facility-based experience
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • PPD test within the last year
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations
