Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem position in Hampton Roads, VA

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Collect and document patient information
  • Perform wound care and patient education
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition
  • Assist with activities of daily living
  • Coordinate care with healthcare team members
  • Perform additional duties based on facility needs

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active LPN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Recent PPD test within the last year
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation

Additional Details

  • Competitive pay rate: $37-$39/hour
  • Same-Day or Next-Day Pay options
  • Flexible scheduling with full-time hours available
