Join as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health, providing focused, one-on-one care in the home environment.
In this role, you will support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver consistent and confident care. You will build meaningful patient relationships, follow clear care plans, and operate within CDC safety guidelines.
Qualifications include an active Colorado LPN license, BLS CPR certification (in-person required), and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent management. TB testing is also required.
