We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient-only role in Northern Arizona, providing culturally sensitive care to Navajo, Hopi, Southern Paiute, and neighboring communities. The position offers no call and allows you to build a practice focused on adult chronic care, including diabetes, hypertension, rheumatology, infectious diseases, and obesity management. You will have the opportunity to precept residents, shape clinic workflows, and maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling (4 or 5 clinic days/week).
