Role: Travel Speech Language Pathologist with ASHA certification and 2 years of acute care experience.
Responsibilities: Conduct inpatient rehab therapy, independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) in radiology, utilize Meditech and Epic EMR systems, and potentially refer patients to outpatient care.
Qualifications: Valid Hawaii state license, BLS certification, proven proficiency in MBS studies without radiologist supervision, and experience in SNF or rehab hospital settings.
Key Duties: Provide therapy in an inpatient rehab setting within an acute care hospital, possibly float to other facilities, and adhere to facility dress code.
Additional Info: Training provided for documentation and orientation, with a generally set schedule of 5 days/week, including one weekend day. Must report prior to assignment start and comply with health and safety protocols.
