- Deliver age-specific and specialty-appropriate nursing care using advanced clinical skills.
- Accurately document patient information and observe physiological signs, symptoms, and behaviors.
- Propose revisions to interventions and desired outcomes.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow physician orders and perform lab testing, specimen collection, and infection control procedures.
- Manage admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
- Participate in care planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring compliance with legal and institutional standards.
- Assemble equipment, assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures, and perform or support treatments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
- Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
- At least 2 years of full-time RN experience in ER or comparable setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- For Pennsylvania candidates: necessary background clearances must be completed or obtained prior to employment.
