Provides comprehensive rehabilitation services, including hand therapy, splinting, wheelchair and home safety assessments, cognitive, neurological, and oncology rehab. Therapists manage patient care from evaluation to discharge, fostering teamwork and individualized treatment.
Qualifications
Current unencumbered Oregon Physical or Occupational Therapy license, Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), and Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
Skills & Abilities
Expertise in diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, strong communication, business writing, team collaboration, and time management skills. Capable of working effectively in fast-paced environments.
Physical Demands
Involves lifting, crawling, climbing, reaching, pushing, and manual dexterity tasks frequently or occasionally, with physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and carrying performed regularly.
