· Word and Excel as well as computer experience
. Comfortable walking onto construction job sites
· Up-beat and self-starter with a POSITIVE attitude
· Must be able to make cold calls as well as establish a relationship with exsiting clients and new clients
. Screen/Recruit new field staff, complete onboarding, background checks and drug testing
· Have great customer service abilities
· Professional in appearance and attitude
