Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions
Post job ads on job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms
Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records
Extend job offers and coordinate onboarding processes
Qualifications
Previous recruiting experience in craft, technical, or skilled trade preferably in construction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings
Familiarity with job boards and ATS systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
