Account Manager Requirements
- 3–5 years in affiliate management, mortgage lead generation, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of mortgage funnels, borrower qualification metrics, and lending products.
- Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, and compliant mortgage marketing requirements.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Everflow, Impact, Tune, CJ, etc.) and CRM workflows.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with an analytical mindset.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners across publishers, aggregators, and comparison sites.
- Manage and nurture relationships with affiliates while ensuring compliant, high-quality mortgage traffic.
- Monitor affiliate performance, lead quality, payout structures, and conversion across borrower funnels.
- Collaborate across marketing, compliance, and product on campaign approvals, disclosures, and creatives.
- Analyze CPL, CPA, intent, pull-through, and funded-loan conversion to optimize campaigns and reporting.
