As a Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager at Proficium, you will oversee and manage trade compliance activities and logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with import/export laws, implementing trade compliance strategies, and managing customs procedures. You will also be responsible for evaluating and optimizing the use of Free Trade Agreements to reduce costs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Union City, CA.

- Demonstrated expertise in Customs Valuation and Import Compliance
- Experience with Trade Compliance and understanding of customs regulations
- Knowledge of Customs Brokerage processes and Free Trade Agreements
- Proven ability to manage and execute trade compliance strategies
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant trade compliance platforms and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or optical connectivity industry is a plus
