A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN APPOINTMENT CENTER MANAGER
As an Appointment Center Manager, your day starts by diving into the key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess how well appointments are being set. You analyze the data and make decisions about hiring to support growth. Using your management skills, you're coaching your team on call quality and efficiency, ensuring every conversation meets your high standards. You juggle managing schedules for both full-time and part-time employees, making sure you've got the right coverage to handle the inbound and outbound call volume. Your goal? Keep everything running smoothly while driving performance and team development for our HVAC company.
This management role typically works 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
