Site / Civil Project Engineer – Dallas, TX

Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, and permitting of site/civil and land development projects
Design site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control from concept through completion
Manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and client communications
Prepare and review reports, proposals, and technical documentation
Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and support stormwater management and compliance
Support client development and maintain existing relationships
Mentor and oversee junior staff
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT required
6 years of site/civil land development experience
Strong knowledge of local permitting and regulatory processes
Experience with grading, drainage, and infrastructure design
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D
Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills
Experience with stormwater management and SWPPP preparation
