We are looking for an experienced Terminal Manager to join our Access A Ride Transportation Company in leading our team to continued success!
As a Terminal Manager you will plan, manage, and guide multiple departments to meet operating and safety goals.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee 150 vehicles in Paratransit Service , the flow of operations and maintenance departments on a daily basis. 24/7 operation.
Review transportation data with staff, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions.
Address customer inquiries and complaints.
Monitor transportation performance, identifying trends, and generating reports.
Hiring, training, and managing transportation staff, including supervisors and department managers.
Review Accident reports and Incident reports
Review Payroll Reports
Develop and implement transportation plans, to ensure departmental compliance
Analyze transportation statistic reports, and negotiating contracts with vendors
Conducting disciplinary and termination hearings with union officials
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
