Position: Dispatcher
Join a fast-paced team where your dispatching expertise drives real results. We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals ready to coordinate transportation activities and ensure smooth routes for our acess a ride drivers within the 5 boroughs.
Compensation & Perks:
- $1100/week 50 hours 5-day work week
- 1 weekend day required
- Overtime available
- Full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Oversee dispatch activities across multiple platforms
Utilizing Google Maps, GPS tracking, and logistics software to manage real-time transportation schedules.
- Track vehicle movement and proactively address delays or disruptions
to maintain delivery timelines.
- Engage professionally with drivers, customers, and logistics partners
to ensure clear communication and service excellence.
- Maintain detailed records with speed and accuracy,
supporting operational transparency and compliance.
- Continuously refine routing strategies
using live traffic data, performance analytics, and delivery metrics to boost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21
- Dispatch experience preferred
- Knowledge of NYC’s five boroughs
- Computer proficiency required
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Strong typing and multitasking skills
- Ability to work various shifts in a fast-paced environment
