Job Summary
Professional Touch Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual to join our team. In this role, you will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our clients' facilities. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude and a strong teamwork mentality, but is equally capable of working independently to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
Because this position involves safety-sensitive work, all candidates must meet specific compliance and safety criteria before hire.
Core Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, office spaces, hallways, and entryways.
- Vacuuming and dusting all assigned areas thoroughly.
- Emptying garbage and recycling bins routinely.
- Mopping floors and ensuring all surfaces are kept spotless.
- Upholding safety standards and reporting any maintenance hazards immediately.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid North Dakota driver’s license.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Must successfully pass a background check and a drug test (required for safety-sensitive work).
- Safety Training: Required to take safety exams and achieve a passing score to ensure full compliance with safety protocols.
- Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Attitude: A positive, team-first attitude with a dedication to high-quality work.
Schedule & Hours
- Initial Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Hours: 24 hours per week to start, with strong potential to transition into full-time hours based on performance and business needs.
