Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Janitorial Manager to lead and oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations within our facilities. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple areas, including industrial, commercial,
• Lead and motivate custodial staff through effective team management, providing training on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules that align with operational needs and safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment for staff and visitors.
• Oversee the use of cleaning equipment and supplies, managing inventory levels and ordering replacements as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness standards, identify areas for improvement, and ensure quality control.
• Foster excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining professional communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, and staff performance to support accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial services or custodial management within industrial, commercial, or hospitality environments.
• Strong supervisory skills with previous team management or supervising experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety protocols.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with clients or stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop cleaning & sanitation management plans that ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
• Leadership qualities that motivate staff, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment.

Pay: $23.57 - $28.39 per hour
