Carle Health Methodist Outpatient Therapy - Methodist Atrium, Peoria, IL
Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Close on two days per week at 6 pm.

Professional Therapy Services (PTS) provides outpatient services to Carle Health Methodist, Proctor and Pekin Clinics in the Peoiria-IL area. We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists a positive environment to practice 1:1 patient care, with flexible scheduling, and sustainable productivity expectations.

Office Assistants are responsible for greeting and scheduling patients, maintaining the orderly flow of departmental paperwork, and supporting department policies and procedures to ensure smooth, continuous departmental operations.
Education and experience:
- At least four years of high school, having taken some business courses.
- Experience in the medical and administrative fields.
- Familiar with scheduling, EMR, Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
