About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and prescribe therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercises
- Document progress and maintain compliance with clinic and state standards
- Communicate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure coordinated care
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic environment
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Texas Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
