This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Santa Fe, NM. Responsibilities include evaluating patients to develop personalized treatment plans, delivering physical therapy interventions, and providing guidance for rehabilitation. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to monitor progress, aid recovery, and promote overall physical health and well-being.
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong skills and experience in Medicine and Patient Care
- Ability to provide comprehensive Home Care and rehabilitation support
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working within a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
