Summary

As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your core skills in communication, Microsoft Office, and calendar management will be essential in managing appointments and coordinating office activities. With a focus on time management and organizational skills, you will ensure efficient office operations. Your experience in front desk duties and clerical tasks will contribute to a welcoming environment, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and support.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies
- Provide administrative support to bookkeeper as needed

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Proficient in calendar management software and Microsoft Office Suite
