Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome potential customers/customers and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate projects to ensure timely completion
- File, organize, and maintain office documents both physically and computerized
- Assist with office management duties as needed
