We are seeking a talented Technical Business Analyst / Programmer Analyst with proven integration system experience working with ERP/CRM (ideally timekeeping) platforms who can organize, structure, and meet deliverables for a large-scale company-wide time keeping and workforce mangement integration!This individual will play a critical IT role responsible for systems customization, editing and implementation of the company-wide online/mobile app for timekeeping and will be involved in the rollout working directly executive HR and IT team, as well as interact with department executives. You will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders, including the executive team and end users, to provide customizations to the system and user support while also communicating and partnering with API to deliver the vision and strategy, translating business needs into action. PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION WILL BE MOLDED AROUND THE CAPABILITIES OF THE INDIVIDUAL SELECTED - if you are a Programmer Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Project Analyst, System Admin, Software Engineer, or Developer or have no code / low code experience, the team is seeking the right fit and will tailor the position on the basis of the individual's skill set as long as you meet the core requirements of the position thus the salary range is reflective DOE. Responsibilities:Collecting requirements from multiple stakeholders and finding out the department’s business needs.Creating optimal solution designs.Workforce management tool customization working with integration to ERP System instruments. Configuring and customizing the system based on business requirements.Using a data-based approach in problem-solving.Keeping track of tasks in JiraFollowing the process for managing tasksDocumenting solutionsPerforming testingWriting instructions for user testingTroubleshootingCreating new usersPerforming root cause analysis Qualifications:California candidate residing near Davis / Greater Sacramento area, able to commute to the office – this is an onsite in-office positionNo-code customization experience, timekeeping or workforce management experience is highly desired!Experience with full software development lifecycle is required.Must have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively — both verbally and in writing.Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in complete SDLC of IT projects, from start to finish.Proven knowledge of BPMN.Understanding IT solutions architecture.Must have experience with ERP/CRM software.Ability to identify issues and test assumptions.Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
