Information Assurance Support (Senior)

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking an Information Assurance Support (Senior) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Lead information assurance support for Navy/DoD customers across SEA 05 operations, ensuring compliance with advanced cybersecurity requirements, access controls, and established security policies. 
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and protection of classified and unclassified information systems, networks, devices, and related IT infrastructure supporting mission-critical operations. 
• Manage advanced access controls, user permissions, account administration, token management, and security compliance documentation for supported systems and platforms. 
• Provide senior-level oversight for system security posture, ensuring compliance with DoD-approved Information Assurance baseline requirements, IAT Level III standards, and applicable NAVSEA security directives. 
• Coordinate with users, administrators, contractors, and leadership to resolve complex system security issues, support operational continuity, and improve security processes across SEA 05. 
• Support monitoring and remediation of security compliance findings,assistwith audit readiness activities, and prepare reports, recommendations, and documentation related to system security posture. 
• Maintain required certifications and support compliance with Computing Environment (CE) certification requirements for supported operating systems and security-related tools/devices. 
• Prepare draft policies, executive briefings, guidance documents, and training support materials related to information assurance operations and cybersecurity compliance efforts. 
• Serve as a senior resource for IT security support activities, troubleshooting escalated issues, supporting user training, and ensuring protection of information system integrity, confidentiality, and availability. 
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Education

• Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or GED and more than twenty (20) years of relevant experience in information assurance providing IT systems support or a related functional area; OR
• Bachelor’sdegree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in information assurance providing IT systems support or a related functional area; OR
• Master’sdegree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience in information assurance providing IT systems support or a related functional area.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing IT systems support for Navy/DoD customers or directly supporting Navy/DoD operations.
• Experience supporting advanced information assurance requirements within IT systems environments.
• Familiarity with operating systems and security-related tools/devices used in DoD environments.
• Understanding ofcybersecurity compliance requirements and information assurance standards for Navy/DoD systems.

Required Certification

• DoD-approved Information Assurance baseline certification at Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level IIIin accordance withDoD Directive 8570.01-M (Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program).

Preferred Certification

• Computing Environment (CE) certifications for the operating system(s) and/or security-related tools/devices supported, as required by SEA 05,in accordance withthe statement of work.
