Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking an Episodic Professional Assistant to join our team of professionals in support of the MARSOC Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC).
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Ensure content and writing assignments are organized, clear, concise, stylistic, and have appropriate terminology, including eliminating information that may not be relevant to the assigned lesson plan.
- Performs related work as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Abilities
- Must have intermediate knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and other web-based applications.
- Must have knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.)
- Must have knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Must have time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail and excellent professional, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work effectively and efficiently to meet strict timelines.
Experience
- At least 2-4 years of directly related or closely related experience.
- Experience in higher education.
- Knowledge of Marine Corps culture highly desired.
Clearance
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must comply, ensure and maintain program compliance with DoD drug-free workplace requirements, including required urinalysis screenings and fitness-for-duty determinations.
