Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst (MAGTF) to join our team of professionals in support of the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL).
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Support the planning and execution of the MarineCorps LessonsLearned Collection Campaign Plan, including coordination with Government stakeholders and participation in working groups.
- Provide MAGTF-focused analytical support across all phases of lessons learned collection efforts, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Analyze collected operational data, after action reports (AARs), interviews, questionnaires, and other materials toidentifytrends, best practices, and areas for improvement.
- Develop, draft, review, andstaffformal MCCLL lessons learned reportsin accordance withestablished standards and timelines.
- Support the development and execution of collection initiatives, including assisting with interviews, questionnaires, and coordination with collection teams.
- Review and provide feedback on collection plans, proposals, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with collectionobjectives.
- Provide primary analytical support through virtual collaboration, in-progress reviews, report drafting, and coordination with collection teams following collection debriefs.
- Prepare and deliver briefings, information papers, and analytical products for military and Government leadership.
- Conduct research and analysis using MCCLL repositories, SharePoint sites, and other data sources to support report development and decision-making.
- Support Requests for Information (RFIs), taskers, and analytical requests from higher headquarters, operational units, and other stakeholders.
- Perform quality control reviews of analytical products to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and analytical rigor.
- Utilize MCCLL SharePoint and Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) platforms to document, manage, and archivelessonslearned data and products.
- Attend conferences, working groups, meetings, and operational events to supportlessonslearned collection and analysis efforts.
- Perform related work as assigned.
- Must be willing to work onsite asrequiredto support program execution.
- Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel may berequiredbased on mission requirements.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Military Studies, Intelligence Studies, Operations Research, International Relations, or related discipline) with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience; OR
- Master’s degree in a related field with at least five (5) years of relevant experience; OR
- Equivalent combination of education, training, anddirectlyrelated experience.
Required Experience
- Experience supporting Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) operations, planning, or analysis.
- Experience supportinglessonslearned collection efforts, operational assessments, or similar analytical initiatives.
- Experience developing analytical reports, briefings, and written products for military or Government leadership.
- Experience analyzing after action reports (AARs), interview transcripts, questionnaire responses, and other operational documentation.
- Experience supporting collection planning, execution, and report development activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver briefings to military and Government stakeholders.
- ExperienceutilizingMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce analytical deliverables.
- Familiarity with DoD information environments (e.g., NIPRNET, SIPRNET) and handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Desired Experience
- Experience supporting MCCLL or Marine Corps lessons learned programs highly desired.
- Experience using Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) or similar knowledge management systems.
- Experience supporting Marine Corps collection campaigns, operational assessments, or lessons learned reporting efforts.
- Priormilitary service, preferably within the Marine Corps, highly desired.
