Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, and Information Technology Support Services. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team of professionals in support of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) in Quantico, VA.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Providethe USMCClient withInformation Technology (IT)procurementsupport, analysis, and reporting,using anEnterpriseInformation Technology ManagementSystem with various consolesand applications.
- Support theUSMC Clientwith timelineandmetricsreporting.
- Review and process IT procurement requests for corrections and approval.
- Communicate statusof IT procurementinformationtostakeholders involvedin the IT Procurement process.
- Manage and updateUSMC IT Hardware and Softwarecatalogs.
- Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), IT procurement guides, PowerPoint slides,reports,logs, trackers,and email archives.
- Represent the Customer Care Teaminproduct specific IPTs and working groupsandbecome the SME on procurement activities for specific products as needed.
- Retain and provide knowledge management artifacts.
- Be Responsive. Quickly and accurately answer and return phone calls, read and respond toemails, and provideaccurateresponsestostakeholder’squestionsand status requests.
- Perform and function in a Team environment.
- Performrelated work as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Mandatory
- Education:
- Accredited CollegeAssociatesDegree.
- Experience:
- ExperienceinMicrosoft Office Professional Suite (2016or newer), including,but not limited to:TEAMS, Planner,Word, Power Point, Excel,and Access.
- Experience with video conferencing.
- Experienceand knowledgeusing an Enterprise level procurement systemto includeUSMCdatabaseapplications within the Remedy EnterpriseITSM Suitepreferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must have excellent organizationalandmulti-taskingskillsand must be detail oriented.
- Technical Writing skills are a plus.
- DoD customer care and IT procurement process experience are a plus.
- Clearance:
- Ability to favorably undergo a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).
- Active SECRET clearance is a plus.
