Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team of professionals in support of the U.S. Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment.
Essential Duties & Job Functions
- Answer incoming calls and conduct outreach calls with Marines and/or family members to assess their support needs. Based on the assessment, provide information and guidance toward relevant resources, benefits, and entitlements that will assist their individual needs.
- Serve as a liaison between Marines and the entity providing resource support to ensure positive contact is established, and pertinent information is relayed to focus efforts and address Marines’ needs.
- Ascertain and capture the essence of Marines’ concerns/issues and properly document the information in a case management database.
- Monitor social media sites during operational times to ensure all support needs of the Recovering Service Member.
- Performs related work as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Required Education
- High school diploma.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Marine Corps culture; understand the significance of the cultural bond and Marine ethos needed when dealing with Marines.
- Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of requirements relative to resource allocation and benefits delivery.
- One (1) year of experience in call center operations or similar field.
Clearance
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Must possess a favorable and current adjudication at the T-3, T-3R, NACLC, or higher level.
- Active DoD Security Clearance is highly desired.
Additional Information
- Hours of Operation: eight (8) hour shifts within location’s operational hours (0800-2000 ET Mon-Fri).
