We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician to become a key part of our property management team in Osage Beach. If you have experience in groundskeeping, painting, pool upkeep, and general repairs, we’d love to connect with you!
Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Osage Beach, MO
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of the property’s buildings, docks, and outdoor spaces
- Perform a variety of general maintenance duties, including lawn care, landscaping, painting, and small repairs
- Complete regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance needs
- Provide routine cleaning and maintenance for the pool, including water testing and chemical treatment
- Assist with dock upkeep and ensure all areas are safe and well-maintained
Qualifications:
- Prior maintenance experience is preferred
- Must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and with a team
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and outdoor labor
- Familiarity with general safety guidelines and practices
- Must have reliable transportation
