Key Responsibilities:
- Research and compare travel options including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other logistics
- Create detailed and customized travel itineraries for single-day events and multi-day conferences or programs
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure reservations and manage bookings
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and service providers to confirm details and resolve issues
- Monitor travel arrangements and provide timely updates or changes as needed
- Ensure all travel plans comply with budget and organizational policies
- Maintain organized records of all travel bookings and itineraries
