What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Travel Coordinator position at Professional Search Network?

We are currently seeking two Travel Coordinators with strong experience in corporate travel booking. This role will focus on coordinating and managing travel arrangements for company speakers.

  • Book and manage corporate travel arrangements, including air, car, and other transportation as needed
  • Coordinate travel logistics for speakers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues as they arise
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and travelers to ensure a seamless experience

Requirements:

  • Prior experience booking corporate travel is required
  • Candidates must have corporate travel experience; travel agent experience alone will not be considered
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

  • Open to candidates in both EST and PST time zones
  • Open to EST 8:30 – 5 or if they prefer 11:30 – 8:00pm or PST to work 8:30 - 5


Salary : $19 - $21
