Operations Supervisor

Schedule: Second Shift – 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cleaning, picking, packing, repairing, processing, and staging of rental inventory in accordance with company standards and SOPs.

• Schedule, assign, and direct employees to ensure warehouse, cross-dock, and transportation objectives are achieved.

• Monitor staffing levels, workflow, labor utilization, and operational resources to meet customer commitments and budget expectations.

• Coach, train, and develop employees while holding team members accountable for safety, quality, attendance, and productivity.

• Manage daily routing and supervise inbound/outbound transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely deliveries and pickups.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies as well as DOT, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.

• Review driver paperwork, routing documentation, and transportation records for accuracy and compliance.

• Lead daily transportation and cross-dock meetings, communicating operational priorities, updates, and challenges.

• Analyze operational issues and partner with customer service and other departments to ensure smooth daily execution.

• Oversee yard operations, including trailer movement, vehicle staging, equipment utilization, and material handling operations.

• Support overall facility operations, housekeeping, and maintenance activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

• Associate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, distribution, or related operations.

• Experience managing employees in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Transportation, routing, cross-dock, or distribution experience strongly preferred.

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
