Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support the full-cycle recruitment of skilled industrial professionals within manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, logistics, and distribution environments. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in positions such as CNC Machinists, Maintenance Technicians, Assemblers, Quality Inspectors, Welders, Production Supervisors, Electronics Technicians, and other skilled trades. The ideal candidate possesses strong recruiting experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify top talent in competitive labor markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through candidate placement and onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, database searches, and community outreach.
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical skills, work history, certifications, and cultural fit.
- Recruit for a variety of skilled industrial positions, including manufacturing, aerospace, warehouse, maintenance, engineering support, and technical roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Verify employment eligibility, references, certifications, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, trade schools, workforce development organizations, and industry professionals.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and labor market conditions to support hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
Qualifications
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or skilled trades environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial job functions, technical skill sets, and production environments.
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Staffing agency or workforce solutions experience.
- Experience recruiting for aerospace, electronics manufacturing, CNC machining, maintenance, quality inspection, or skilled trades positions.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and industrial hiring practices.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
