Responsibilities

- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar position within a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in Commercial sales processes and outside sales techniques.
- Familiarity with Acculynx or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
