Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of account management, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and outside sales experience, with proficiency in Construction being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices for account management and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met consistently.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar position within a relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in Commercial sales processes and outside sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with Acculynx or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
