Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Case Manager. The Field Case Manager will be responsible for managing client cases, coordinating with medical professionals and insurance companies, and providing support and resources to clients. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Additionally, the Field Case Manager will maintain accurate documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong case management skills, including assessment and care plan development
- Experience in Workers' Compensation, Major Medical, and Catastrophic case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
- Bilingual skills
